Niche Fluor-X ultra-high purity tubing can be manufactured in a class 10,000 clean room and meets F-57 standards. Specifications defining exact resin grad and/or manufacturer can easily be accommodated.

Ultra-high purity products exhibit low extractable levels and low reactivity characteristics required in ultra-high purity chemical and water applications. Ultrahigh-purity (UHP) heat exchangers enable fabs and processors to comply with the highest standards of purity. They can be used for heating and cooling ultrapure water, acids, and other corrosive chemicals needed for the manufacture of semiconductor devices, electronics chemicals, and some pharmaceutical products.
