Announcement-Consulting Engineers, EPC Contractors & Heat Exchanger Specifiers

To our Consulting Engineering & EPC clients- Niche FPP

As we all realize 2020 has been a year like no other in the world. Industrial equipment sales and the ability to visit our customers, attend trade shows and share information in person (such as providing Lunch and Learns) has all changed due to COVID-19. As a result, we have needed to become more creative in using webinars, virtual meetings, and virtual trade shows to replace the normal ways of doing business. We have been forced to think outside the box and utilize tools and technology to communicate to customers and potential customers in these trying times.

During this time, we looked hard at ourselves and discovered we have very little engagement with Consulting Engineering and EPC contractor companies to promote the use of our Fluoropolymer Heat Exchangers. We also decided that our current industrial sales Reps have not historically been focused on, or generally invested in, developing the relationships needed to have Niche FPP products included on Approved/Preferred Suppliers Lists.

After more thoughts I remembered in my previous job we worked with a Rep company whose focus was working with Engineering and EPC clients to gain approval status, increase our interface with, and sales to heavy industrial projects through the engineering and EPC companies. I subsequently reached out to that company and Steve Furman @ Tompkins, Furman & Associates, Inc. Steve and I have recently agreed to work together to promote Niche FPP products and foster ongoing business relationships with Consulting Engineering and EPC firms that specify corrosive heat exchanger applications.

With this new focus we look forward to an opportunity to work with your firms…. offering heat transfer solution options on these tough (corrosive) applications throughout the country. We also look forward to updating you by providing virtual product presentations, lunch and learning and eventually visiting with you in person as our wonderful country opens again.

Coining welcomes Mr. Ezer Coca as East Coast Sales Manager effective April 11th, 2018.

Ezer will continue to provide excellent technical service and guidance to all the Eastern United States Coining customers along with other regions when required.

Prior to joining Coining, Ezer worked as a Sales Manager for Mersen, who are global experts in electrical power and advanced materials serving the energy, transportation, electronics, and pharmaceutical industries. Prior to this, he worked for Mac Power as a Design Engineer with a focus on communication infrastructure. Ezer has a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering as well as advanced coursework in physics, fluid dynamics, and engineering materials.

Niche ECP To Unveil Updated SMPS Test Data at OFC 2017

Niche Electronic Components & Packaging will be presenting updated performance test data for the SMPS hermetic RF connector at the upcoming OFC Exhibition and Conference in Los Angeles on 21-23 March.

The SMPS is the latest addition to Niche ECP’s SMPx Series of hermetic, push-on and blind-mate RF connectors, which includes the SMP and SMPM connectors.

The SMPx Series was unveiled at last year’s OFC Exhibition and Conference. The SMPS is smaller than the SMPM connector which makes it an ideal choice for high density packaging and multiport applications. The SMPS is capable of frequencies up to 65 GHz, exceeding the 40 GHz maximum frequency of the SMPM connector.
