Panther Valley Elementary School- 100 Book Challenge
Niche Fluoropolymer Products believes wholeheartedly in giving back, especially within the local communities of the Jim Thorpe area, where the Nesquehoning PA plant is located.
The Panther Valley Elementary School is the recipient of a grant from Niche FPP, specifically allocated for the independent reading program through American Reading Company, entitled, the 100 Book Challenge.
The grant awarded, supplies Panther Valley Elementary School with hundreds of new books each year. Research has proven that academic success is directly correlated with the amount of time spent reading. This revolutionary program allows every student access to books geared towards their independent reading level and the opportunity to read for 30 minutes every day. Students and teachers benefit from one on one conferences to assess progress and create an individualized continued reading program.
Niche FPP is thrilled to have contributed to the academic well-being of all students at the Panther Valley Elementary School and encourages students to keep up the hard work!
